In developing Cambria’s robust library and design system, we created a User Generated Content system for our design language, galleries, detail pages, and image sections within the site that is integrated with our shopping cart.

At any time, a user could view content, order a sample, comment on the content, and provide their own images and content that would then be vetted though our Creative department and posted. We would also harvest important viewing data that (together with Salesforce) would let us know which images and content were resulting in sales and which were not. We would then provide this data to our Creative department so we could fine-tune customer communications to be more effective.
